Our draftsmen use custom, proprietary computer programs to prepare location surveys quickly and accurately. We use the most recent tools and real estate services to obtain deed, plat and other titling information.
Reliability
Ruxton Design understands the special requirements and timings of real estate settlements. We are aware that in some instances clients may require a Property Location on extremely short notice. On such occasions we marshal all our resources to meet our client's deadline. If logistically possible, we can provide a turn-around time of 24 hours or less.
Simplified Ordering
Clients may request Property Locations by using the convenient order form on this web site, by fax or by telephone. As we have the resources to obtain the required titling information, the property’s address is the only information the client has to furnish to us other than the State-mandated Survey Approval Form.
Pricing
Property location surveys are priced at a flat rate based on county. Modest additional fees may be assessed based on unusual location, complexity of the property, whether the property is residential or commercial, and distance from our offices. The price may fluctuate slightly due to unexpected shifts in variable costs, such as fuel. Please consult the office for our current rate sheet.
Ruxton Design conducts property location surveys in all Maryland counties and Baltimore City.
