Our draftsmen use custom, proprietary computer programs to prepare location surveys quickly and accurately. We use the most recent tools and real estate services to obtain deed, plat and other titling information.
Reliability
Ruxton Design understands the special requirements and timings of real estate settlements. We are aware that in some instances clients may require a Property Location on extremely short notice. On such occasions we marshal all our resources to meet our client's deadline. If logistically possible, we can provide a turn-around time of 24 hours or less.
Simplified Ordering
Clients may request Property Locations by using the convenient order form on this web site, by fax or by telephone. As we have the resources to obtain the required titling information, the property’s address is the only information the client has to furnish to us other than the State-mandated Survey Approval Form.
Pricing
The price of property location surveys in those counties we usually service varies as shown in the list below. Work in the remaining eight counties located in Western Maryland and on the Eastern Shore is priced on an individual basis.
